This cable is listed as an accessory for the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL. Does the cable really work with this phone? I've read about a few cables that don't work.

How "fast" is this cable really? I need the cable for an external SSD enclosure. I have read reviews that other USB 3 declared cables are too slow or the connection is interrupted. Has anyone used this cable for hard drive connection or back-up?

I'm actually using this cable to connect to an SSD drive, for daily backups. Currently, I'm backing up around 500Gb and it's as fas as I would connect the SSD drive with its own cable. Thus, I recommend you this one.
