I wanted to use the powerbank to power my cat drinking fountain a little more ecologically. The fountain needs 5V, which the powerbank provides. When I plug it in, it runs for a minute, then the powerbank switches off. Eh? Hello? Can't you just plug in any USB device and it sucks energy for as long as it has???? I'm pretty frustrated right now 🤬 And will gladly provide a "proof video

Depends on how you put the bench and how the sunlight is... I think it goes a long way with the sun but it works.

I have two USB ports but in one I can't charge my smartphone and I can't connect two smartphones at the same time. Is this correct?

I checked the manual, this powerbank has two output ports: USB output 1: 5V / 2.4A USB output 2: 5V / 1A After looking at the manual, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to charge your phone on one of the ports or use both ports at the same time. The ports have different charging 'speed'/power, so the first port will charge the phone faster if the phone supports fast charging.
