Question about Xlayer Powerbank PLUS Solar Black/Blue 8000mAh
I have two USB ports but in one I can't charge my smartphone and I can't connect two smartphones at the same time. Is this correct?

I checked the manual, this powerbank has two output ports:
USB output 1: 5V / 2.4A
USB output 2: 5V / 1A
After looking at the manual, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to charge your phone on one of the ports or use both ports at the same time. The ports have different charging 'speed'/power, so the first port will charge the phone faster if the phone supports fast charging.
