Does this device have face recognition?

Yes, but only by means of a camera, so it's relatively insecure (easily crackable with a photo of you, for example). I wouldn't advise you to buy the Redmi Note 9 Pro anyway, as its successor, the Redmi Note 10, is available for only 7 francs more (229 francs here on Digitec). And this surcharge is definitely worth it!

I simply cannot activate Bluetooth on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro (purchased 1.2.2021). The Internet writes that it is a phenomenon that occurs frequently and that one should wait for an update (Andriod and MIUI). QUITE UNSATISFACTORY! Does anyone have the same experience with non-functioning Bluetooth and know a remedy? Or is this a case for Digitec customer service?

So BT with various accessories works fine for me. Looks like a warranty case to me

In the calculator and financial apps, numbers are displayed in the format 100,000.00 instead of the format 100'000.00 that is usual in Switzerland. Is there a way to adjust this? Region Switzerland is the only country-specific input I have found. Unfortunately, this has no effect.

I would just get another machine from the App Store that supports the settings you want.

Can you explain to me why there is a big price difference for the same phone (Xiaomi Redmi 9e année Pro, 128Go)? Are there options depending on the colours of the phones?

Does the redmi note 9pro support wifi calling with a Swisscom subscription? Or better asked: Does anyone use wificalling successfully with a Swisscom or M-Budget Mobile subscription?

You can activate wifi calling in the phone using a code in the dialer, but it doesn't work for me with Aldi Mobile. The model is probably simply not activated in the Sunirse network. I can't say how it looks on the Swisscom network.
