Hello, I also had this problem. There are various possible errors. Restart your Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and the modem. I would disconnect the modem from the power supply for at least 10 seconds. You can also reset the network of the Redmi in the settings. Good luck

The different colour models/memory models are all exactly the same. So you can just buy any case for the Redmi Note 7. It's probably a mistake that there are no cases listed as accessories for the black 128GB.

I haven't tried the keyboard, but Garmin Fenix 5, headphones, speaker, game controller, headset, etc. have all worked fine so far.

It doesn't appear in the product title of your question, but in the meantime the memory has been adjusted to 32GB on the other model.
Why shouldn't it? I can't speak from personal experience, but if you are concerned about the new regulations on trading with Huawei: These only affect Huawei devices, and they still work. Future devices will just not receive updates from Google and others, and that too globally. So the device should work the same in the US as it does here...
