Hello all. I have tried to connect via wifi,but gong not. With the second mobile phone I could connect it however over Hotspot.have already tried everything..At the Router it does not lie, since I can connect me with the other mobile phone. I have the latest update, have also set everything turücl without success. When I want to connect to Wifi it does not work, the text remains black and white.
If I do it with Hotspot it works and it becomes blue/white...

Hello, I also had this problem. There are various possible errors.
Restart your Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and the modem. 
I would disconnect the modem from the power supply for at least 10 seconds.
You can also reset the network of the Redmi in the settings.
