Very strange. I have a Xiaomi myself and there is no advertising... Usually only the Chinese/Indian versions of Xiaomi phones have ads, the international ones are ad-free... Check if the region is set to Switzerland and unauthorise "MSA" and "miuidaemon" (in the settings). If you know your way around, you can also remove these two (MSA and Miuidaemon) completely via ADB.
