Netflix is not natively integrated on the "Halo+ (Full HD, 700 lm, 1.2:1)" model as described in the data supplied. However, it is possible to access Netflix using alternative solutions such as the Desktop Launcher application or by connecting an external streaming device. For a native Netflix experience, more recent models such as the MoGo 3 Pro or the Elfin Flip are recommended.

The projector does not support a native Airplay function. Instead, it offers Chromecast integrated, which enables wireless video transmission. If you want to use Airplay, you could use an additional app such as AirPin to stream content.

This projector can be powered from the mains, as it is designed to be used with a power supply, although it also has a built-in battery for portable use. For mains power, a specific mains adapter is usually required, such as those offered by XGIMI for their projectors.

The projector is compatible with Apple products such as MacBook Pro and iPhones. You can use screen mirroring via AirPlay by installing the "AirScreen" app on the projector and making sure that all devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. Alternatively, you can also use the "MagiCast" app to enable screen mirroring.
Automatically generated from the .my Halo+ has 700lm. i don't know if there are any differences to the Halo+ 2.0. it is very bright in any case.
This is 700 lm. Thank you for pointing this out. A correction request has been sent.
The problem with my Xgimi is the power cable! In fact, I can never start it when I want to use it again. Then I unplug the barrel plug and nothing happens when I plug it back in! So I always blow into the barrel plug, plug it in again and then I have power. Ergo, Xgimi could simply switch off after a while due to this problem because it is not getting any power.
Halo+ has 900 lumens, Samsung 230, huge difference. Halo+ has a lag-free gaming mode.
Yes, it can be mounted upside down without any problem.

No, the XGIMI Halo+ projector is not the second generation. According to available information, the Halo+ model was released on 16 March 2023 and is not specified as a second generation.
Automatically generated from the .Originally, we wanted to buy a ceiling-mounted screen. However, we realised that it is possible to project directly onto a wall with abrasion without any major loss of quality. Since then, we have only projected onto the wall with abrasion and are happy with it. In the end, we didn't buy a screen at all.
Yes
Ja - diese Generation kommt mit Google TV und hat Netflix out-of-the-box mit dabei ohne “Hacks”. Siehe: https://eu.xgimi.com/pages/halo-plus-new
I received a Netflix dongle from the support team (service@xgimi.ch), which is plugged into the HDMI port. This allows Netflix to be received again. However, you need a power source again, which impairs wireless operation.
Only poorly in daylight, possibly with blackout curtains. But you certainly can't achieve the brightness of a good TV during the day. Possible with HDMI as an extended screen, or a Chrome window wirelessly via Chromecast (built-in). But it's unlikely to be a great experience. USB-C to HDMI adapter.
Yes, you can, but you need a power bank that can output approx. 100w at best and this adapter: PowerGuard USB-C to DC Barrel 5.5 x 2.5 mm Adapter (DC plug, USB C) Please note that the projector requires a lot of energy and the power bank will be empty relatively quickly, especially if you are not in Eco Mode (the projector is not normally in Eco Mode when it is connected to the power supply!)
In fact, there are currently suppliers selling the item for under 700. Unfortunately, we can't compete with them, as we have purchased the stock at conditions that make such a price impossible. Also, the automatic price system does not intervene, as there are still enough suppliers who have the same or higher price as us.
