Is it possible to access Smart TV and the Netflix app directly and easily on the XGIMI Halo+?

A fortnight ago, I bought the previous version of Halo+ at a discount for the new Halo+ version.
I don't have a Netflix subscription and therefore can't answer the question from my own experience.
According to Xgimi, there are various solutions, including an internal workaround:

I cannot answer whether this still works. According to the following link, it could be that only the new version works within the device.

As I'm not a Netflix freak, I'm not aware of this. I use the projector conventionally from my laptop
