It's been a few months since the installation, but Netflix is still running for me. But it only worked with the desktop manager, which has to be installed first.
The following recommendations are ordered from least helpful (but most snarky) to most:
A) take this as a good opportunity to cancel your Netflix subscription. Subscriptions keep going up and quality keeps going down. Xgimi doesn’t have it on this device because of the Netflix licensing cost.
You cannot install Netflix directly on an Android TV device. You can find alternative methods via Desktop Manager on the internet to get around the problem
