Hello, this happens all the time. Simply contact customer service and they will send you an adapter free of charge. Normally it is simply included, but this time it seems to have been forgotten.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Hello, with the egg cooker, the switch-off (alarm) works purely according to the amount of water. You decide, with little water you get a soft egg and vice versa a hard egg. In my opinion, this is a great appliance and I would buy another one immediately.

I would suggest you contact customer service to have the missing adapter sent to you free of charge instead of posting something here in the community and not having a solution ;-)
