I have converted my printer to Micro Swiss All Metal Hotend with SLOTTED Cooling Block for Wanhao i3. It works without any problems. However, the nozzles wear out relatively quickly.

Set the extruder temperature to the appropriate printing temperature for the filament. Remove the filament facing the spool. Try to push the filament out of the nozzle from above using the metal rod provided. Keep the extruder spring pressed. Most of the time this will not help and you will have to disassemble the parts. The software (Cura) that is supplied is Windows 10 compatible. I have not tested the USB interface myself. I work with the micro SD card and everything works fine.
