The unit is not reliably recognised by Windows. When it was recognised, it took far too long. I tried this on different PCs, the same result everywhere. Our IT said that the device was probably defective. Now this morning this message appears from Windows: USB device was not recognised. The last USB device connected to this computer did not work properly and is not recognised by Windows. Now while searching (for sure 15 minutes how to proceed to tell Digitec about the misbehaviour), the device agreed to work after all. Has anyone had similar experiences? In my opinion, the device should be recognised by Windows within a much shorter time.

Unfortunately, we do not have any similar reports, so if the problem reoccurs, there may be a defect and the item would need to be returned. Alternatively, we recommend that you post this question as a discussion. Experience shows that more customers answer there than with a single question.
