Questions about Voltcraft SEM6000 CH

I operate 3 SEM6000s, one of which always connects quickly and without any problems. The other 2 are subject to an obscure arbitrariness: often only repeated attempts help. Very annoying. It is also incomprehensible why the daily ring buffer is limited to exactly 24 hours (instead of approx. 30 hours, for example), so it is actually impossible to record an entire day without gaps unless you stand next to it with a stopwatch or make 2 downloads, which you then have to put together. Furthermore, the daily memory in CVS_Format is inconsistent, which causes problems when analysing the data. It is a pity that there is no update for the firmware. The devices would be useful in themselves.

Is the device bidirectional (solar feed), or does it have the usual dropouts when the current flows backwards.

Does the schedule run even if the mobile is outside the Bluetooth range of the SEM6000? Or in other words: Is the schedule saved on the SEM6000?

Hello everyone, I have owned two of these Voltcraft devices for a few days now. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to establish a connection with the smartphone (including restarting the smartphone and activating location services). I have tried it on another Android device as well as on an iPhone, but none of these devices are recognised. Strangely, one of the Voltcraft devices flashes green at first and then changes to a flashing blue. The other device lights up green, switches on and off occasionally, and then doesn't light up at all. When I press the button on the device, it does not switch audibly like the first device does. Can anyone help me? Many thanks in advance for your support.

Can the device be used without WLAN/Internet? Is the consumption data stored on the device until it is read out via app/Bluetooth?

I have looked at the ratings (2.0) of the Voltcraft SEM6000 Adroid app and am shocked. After the update, it is no longer possible to connect via Bluetooth, the data is deleted and the device becomes unusable. Does this also affect this meter?

The device is useless! Put smartphone next to device App does not find device while internal Bluetooth app displays the device (but requires a pin to establish connection). In short: junk.
