Questions about Vileda Steam XXL + Power Pad

According to Vileda advertising, "For all floors: You can use the Steam XXL steam cleaner on all hard floors, such as parquet, laminate or tiles. For parquet, you should then set the steam control to minimum (Vileda: "By operating the steam control, you adjust the steam strength exactly to the cleaning need. The same thing happened to me. Just call the customer service and ask for an adapter. It worked for me without a hitch. Free of charge, of course.

I contacted Galaxus and they sent me the adapter free of charge, of course.

You can therefore contact customer service and we will order, at our expense of course, this adapter: Max Hauri Adaptateur fixe (Prise Schuko, Type E+F (CEE 7/7)) . Once received, simply hook it up to the European plug and you can use your product as if the plug had always been Swiss.
