We have received a power adapter, but the beginning of the main power cable and the adapter head are not identical? What do I have to do now? How do I proceed? Can I return everything? The product was delivered today, 16 March 2021.

I contacted Galaxus and they sent me the adapter free of charge, of course.

if the adapter has 2 holes like the plug but doesn't seem to fit, then you need to push it hard.once in, it is very difficult to unplug, so try with more force first.
