Question about Vileda Steam XXL + Power Pad
Good evening, I bought the Vileda Steam XXL but the EU adapter is not included, that means there was a cable included but I can't plug it in at one end. Has something not been delivered?
The same thing happened to me. Just call the customer service and ask for an adapter. It worked for me without a hitch. Free of charge, of course.
