I received Vileda Vapore XXL + Power Pad last week and on opening the parcel I saw that it does not have an EU-compatible socket, but I didn't remember it being mentioned on the website.
I looked again but there is no indication that the product has a different socket, the only information I saw was that under the specific information it says
"Can be supplied with an adapter
Yes"
Unfortunately, there is no socket adapter in the box.
I kindly wanted to ask how I can do this.
This is an oversight on our part and I am sorry about this. You can therefore contact customer service and we will order, at our expense of course, this adapter:
Max Hauri Adaptateur fixe (Prise Schuko, Type E+F (CEE 7/7)) . Once received, simply hook it up to the European plug and you can use your product as if the plug had always been Swiss.
