Because of my components, I don't exceed 165hz but I think the cable doesn't have a direct impact on that

No. There are almost no DP 1.4 cables available at the moment and they are quite expensive.
This cable is really a bit thick and clunky. For a 1m cable, and if it has to be cheap, it may not weigh that much. But there are thinner and more forged cables.
