A mains plug and charging cable is included with the "standard" version.

Logitech has placed the charging socket very deep in the device so that most charging cables do not reach deep enough into the device as they are usually a little too wide. It actually only works with the included charging cable. As I always found this very fiddly, I bought the charging base. It saves a lot of hassle:

Hi Rockabilly91, as speakers (also in a meeting) they work well and I use them daily. However, the hands-free function was abolished with the BOOM3 (no microphone). So you either have to buy an external microphone (Jabra has very good meeting microphones) or go to another speaker.
