When I first open it, I can navigate from page to page, but the chapter selection doesn't work. If I close the book and reopen it, it shows me an empty page with 1/1.
I have uploaded the ebook to the mytolino android application and the book works perfectly there.
I tried updating my Tolino, restarting it, resetting it completely, downloading the book from the cloud, using Calibre to transfer the book to the e-reader, but nothing worked. I also sent the ebook to a friend who was able to test it with his Tolino Shine and another who has a Kindle and they had no problems.
I've contacted tolino support but I can't get an answer and I can't find any help online.

No, that's not true. The eLibrary also works with this Tolino generation. Big BUT: As the tolino-internal browser is still a beta feature, access is sometimes a little more complicated than it was on older Tolinos. The correct size display of the Onleihe page in the beta browser is also sometimes too small. If the user is reasonably tech-savvy, everything should work. If you want to buy this Tolino purely for use with the eLibrary and expect everything to work smoothly the first time you switch it on, then you should probably wait.
