I currently have a bug that prevents me from reading my e-books.
I manually added an e-book from my computer. It then appears on my e-reader and I can start reading it.
When I first open it, I can navigate from page to page, but the chapter selection doesn't work. If I close the book and reopen it, it shows me an empty page with 1/1.
I have uploaded the ebook to the mytolino android application and the book works perfectly there.

I tried updating my Tolino, restarting it, resetting it completely, downloading the book from the cloud, using Calibre to transfer the book to the e-reader, but nothing worked. I also sent the ebook to a friend who was able to test it with his Tolino Shine and another who has a Kindle and they had no problems.
I've contacted tolino support but I can't get an answer and I can't find any help online.

Since you have Calibre, you have also tried converting the book from epub to epub in Calibre and then downloading the copy to your Shine Colour. This has usually always worked for me.
