Hello, it's true that it's not a very good mp3 but it's more than adequate for my children. Once you've put your music on the MP3, you need to go to the Music application and update or synchronise the songs. The application will then search for all the audio files on the MP3 and make them available to you. I'm always available if you need a print screen ;-)

There is a small hole at the bottom of the charging socket. The device can be reset using a paper clip. It must be held down for approx. 10 seconds.

If you're sure it's charged and you follow the normal procedure to switch it on... it may be faulty, it's happened to me. In this case you should contact Galaxus after-sales service ;)

Hello, to be quite frank I am very disappointed with this article. It already doesn't work. I never downloaded any iTunes files as I already had my sound library and SD cards can be found everywhere, including at Galaxus. Sorry for the negative review.
