Question about Timmkoo MP3 player with Bluetooth

The device was charged overnight and cannot be started. Is it faulty or what could it be?

I don't know, I bought it as a gift and never used it myself. I'm sure YouTube has a solution for that.

Press for a few seconds on the small button on the right below the volume, normally it should restart, check if it is really well charged, if not there is another problem, mine restarted after 1 month not usable, battery still charged and no problem.
