Quite honestly. I have problems with the price fluctuations at Galaxus. On Sunday at 75 francs. On Monday at 101 francs, which corresponds to a price increase of around 30%, and then on Tuesday an e-mail stating that it's now 25% cheaper. Is that still serious? It's difficult for me to understand, I feel like I'm on the stock market - you have to find the right time to buy. I no longer feel well advised as a customer and in future I will increasingly seek information on other platforms - too bad Galaxus

We work with different suppliers and daily prices. For this reason, the price of an item may be adjusted upwards or downwards over time. For the sake of transparency, the price fluctuations are shown in the specifications.

Why does the Tefal have a German power socket? I'm not buying an appliance in Switzerland so that I have to buy an adapter...:-(

You don't have to buy it yourself. Galaxus simply made another mistake. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance comes with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
