I bought the watch approx. 2 months ago, and everything worked fine!
Since. ca. 3 weeks I don't receive any message notifications from the watch on the iphone, I always have to close the app to see if the child has sent any messages, instead on android everything works correctly.
I contacted TCL directly, unfriendly staff and they replied that it will take some time to solve the problem as they have to check the incompatibility of the divice with the app. TCL connect (although initially everything worked) ANYONE ELSE HAS PROBLEMS WITH IPHONE?????
