My daughter's watch simply switches itself off. Battery is charged. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes and sometimes only after 2-3 hours. What could be the reason for this?
The fact that the TCL MT40X suddenly switches off even though the battery is full can usually be due to an incorrect battery level, a SIM/network problem or a software error. Rarely is there a battery or hardware defect.
