It's really good that Digitec has started to add a lot of details about these docking stations in the description. As it was often not clear how they work exactly. Well, this one uses Displaylink technology, NOT USB-C DP-Alt mode and NOT Thunderbolt. So it has a USB graphics card built in, which should be running at 60Hz, due to limitations. Hello, I am using the docking station in conjunction with Aten US224 on a notebook and a PC, so that the keyboard and mouse can be switched between the two Input signal image happens on the monitor

Is it Thunderbolt 4 compatible?

The docking station is compatible with TB4, but it does not use TB4 technology except for the charging function. Drivers must be installed for the display connections.

Yes, it works for me without any problems. The laptop is connected and charged via USB-C. The docking station has its own power supply.
