Hello, it would not be of any interest the loss in image quality will be enormous because it is not a focal that opens between f0 and f4 with a zoom lens that opens to f6.3 I strongly advise against it. On the internet you can see which lenses the rings fit. Generally on x1.4 you keep the auto focus but x2 with an f6.3 you will be in manual. Otherwise it's a nice lens to start with.

150 Fr. for a bag AND a backpack? If the measurements are missing here, the manufacturer's website will help. But the fact that you can't find any information is certainly not correct.
I don't know of a bag that fits a 150-600. I don't think it makes sense because of the weight. And I recommend spending a little more on the backpack. There is hardly anything clever for 150 Fr. Maybe the usual

There are different possibilities. Should it be a tripod or a monopod? What will the lens be used for? Wildlife with sitting? Sports?
For wildlife, a monopod may be more practical than a tripod, depending. For tripods, I would choose one of the more stable variety, e.g. this one
