I think you do have a problem with the phone or it is due to the Android version not being up to date. I would advise you to do the reset try to update and see if that solves your problems. If not, you will have to go through the warranty, you can register your request from your account and send the phone back directly or bring it to one of our branches.
If you can't update it from the settings then there may be a problem with the phone itself. I don't know about this brand but generally all phones give the option to do a hard reset, this could potentially solve this problem. No, you don't need anything to make it work. It's a great mobile phone. It's a great phone, it's got great battery life and it has a button behind the emergency call number. Here you go
It supports other languages (DE/GB/FR/IT/NL/ES/PT/ SWE/DK/NOR/FIN/TR/PL) but not Arabic, unfortunately.
