I don't agree at all: I use the 9X Wireless since months without any Bluetooth connection issues. Yes, Bluetooth can be a PITA, but so it is. And it's manly the senders fault and not the end device's. On my setup (Mac mini M1) Bluetooth reach isn't as far as the one over SteelSeries' USB sender module *included with the 9X* but decent. I can easily walk around my apartment without loosing connection. Even when I'm in different rooms. Show me another setup that can even pass 2-3 walls without loosing connection and I reconsider my opinion. Maybe.

Yes, you can. Unfortunately, there is noise (humming) during charging. However, only possible voice chat partners hear this hum. So it's annoying for others but you (almost) can't hear it yourself. A great pity for such an expensive headset.

Helpful answer
of course it's quicker there, the manufacturer itself usually always has a stock for direct sales, whereas digitec very probably has to go via suppliers, who then don't have it in stock etc.
