100% disappointed with this product, if you still plan on buying this product make sure your Bluetooth in your PC is perfect otherwise it will disconnect and shut off.
Check more info in forums from the 9X many people having the same issue and more.
I still decided to buy it and after 2h trying to make it work I decided to return it and lost 10% by doing it since the test it with laptop in the store in a perfect clear/ open space so connection was perfect and deviced worked there....
So make sure you have perfect Bluetooth connection or better look for better options than this.

I don't agree at all: I use the 9X Wireless since months without any Bluetooth connection issues. Yes, Bluetooth can be a PITA, but so it is. And it's manly the senders fault and not the end device's. On my setup (Mac mini M1) Bluetooth reach isn't as far as the one over SteelSeries' USB sender module *included with the 9X* but decent. I can easily walk around my apartment without loosing connection. Even when I'm in different rooms. Show me another setup that can even pass 2-3 walls without loosing connection and I reconsider my opinion. Maybe.
