Should theoretically be able to wear it. But I recommend you buy another arm. This one is really wobbly and unstable (I used it myself). So if you can spend a bit more money, buy a micro arm from Rode or something, they have much better quality :)

Well basically yes, but it depends on the weight of the mic, I personally have a light one and so I'm satisfied, so over 1kg I think it's too weak.
