According to our information, both variants are the 45 km/h model. The deviation in the pictures only concerns the design of the rims and has not been adjusted by the manufacturer. This is therefore an image error. We do not currently offer a 25 km/h model. Thank you for the information. We have forwarded this for checking.

I also have the same problem and I don't know and it's as if it has no power either I've tried charging several times and always the same thing maybe try driving so much that it becomes teaching and then charging from 0 to 100 I'll try it too. Have a nice day.

Due to different suppliers and delivery conditions, there may be price differences compared to other suppliers. We always try to set a price in line with the market, but this is not possible for all products.

Sorry, but these are too technical questions for me. Perhaps it is better to seek answers online or from an electric 2-wheeler dealer. Best wishes

Tyres can be found at any tyre shop, but the rest of the spare parts are a problem. My battery is defective and hasn't been charged for 2 years, it's under warranty, but the company doesn't respond to requests.

The following regulations apply to the "XT2000 (45 km/h, 2000 W)" from SPC: ## Insurance and licence plate - Yes, you need a licence number, or more precisely an insurance sticker. The electric scooter must have motor vehicle liability insurance, and the insurer issues an insurance sticker that must be affixed to the vehicle. ## Use of cycle paths - As the XT2000 has a maximum speed of 45 km/h, it does not fall under the category of small electric vehicles that are allowed to ride on cycle paths. This regulation only applies to vehicles with a maximum design speed of 25 km/h or less. - The XT2000 must therefore be ridden on the road and may not be ridden on cycle paths or pavements. ## Driving licence - Due to the higher speed and power, a corresponding driving licence is required for the XT2000, in this case a category A1 driving licence, as the vehicle is road-legal and meets higher requirements than the regulations applicable to small electric vehicles.
