What type approval does the scooter have? Motorbike or small motorbike?
Kleinmotorrad Code 61.
It unfortunately needs driving licence type "A1"
small motorbike as far as i have read, but maybe ask the customer service
A1 up to 45km/h
at scooter-doktor.ch you can throttle the scooter to 22km/h then you can ride it without a test
