Where can I get spare parts for the scooter, such as new tyres, possibly a battery (how long does it last) etc.?

Tyres can be found at any tyre shop, but the rest of the spare parts are a problem.
My battery is defective and hasn't been charged for 2 years, it's under warranty, but the company doesn't respond to requests.
