No, the new model does not require an allen key. That's my problem, it turns very easily

I have been using the mounts on my motorbike (BMW R 1200GS), on the bike and in the car for a few months with my Iphone 11 Pro and have no problems.
Unfortunately, this is the only version we can offer.
