Hi F4H3, The charging case can be ordered as a spare part from (online) spare parts dealers. If you have lost an earphone, please contact an authorised Sony service centre to have your earphones configured. The earphones have preset information to communicate with each other. Only an authorised service centre can configure the firmware versions of your earphones. All three components (left earphone, right earphone, charging case) must be present during configuration. Hello together I've recently started having a serious battery problem with my Linkbuds S and my partner's Linkbuds. One of the two In Ears loses a lot of battery after a short time. I can almost watch the capacity drain on the app. I've noticed this since the last update, does anyone else have this problem? I have already sent an e-mail to Sony support. If the following functions are set, the available operating time of the battery will be reduced. -Equaliser -DSEE Extreme -noise cancelling function/ambient noise mode -Speak-to-Chat -Function for calling up the voice support function with your voice -Service Link -Sound quality mode during Bluetooth playback: prioritise sound quality If you use the settings above at the same time, the available battery life will be even shorter. Depending on the settings of the headset functions and the conditions of use, the battery consumption of the left and right units may differ. However, this is not a malfunction. Be sure to put the headset in the charging case after use. If the headset is placed in a trouser pocket or similar, the headset will recognise that it is being worn and may switch on by mistake. When I take a call on these headphones the background noise grows to a disruptive level. It's not possible to do calls with this device, not even for a short time, not even once. Am I doing something wrong or can this be changed?

I find the effect of Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) practically imperceptible. I have read in various test reports how fantastic the effect is supposed to be. Unfortunately, I don't notice much of it. What exactly can be expected from ANC? Can you use it, for example, to block out a TV that is blaring at the same time? I tested a pair of Sony WH1000XM4 over-ear headphones for comparison, and the noise cancelling was really great.

It works well for me and makes a difference compared to without ANC. E.g. in an open-plan office or on the train, loud ventilation in an old train carriage is almost completely blocked out, conversations are muffled. Possibly check whether the earpiece sits well, what does the app show on the mobile phone, is ANC activated, what strength?

Can the Linkbuds S also be worn separately in the ear? (You can wear the Track Air+, but not the Momentum True wireless 2, for example).
