Question about Sony Linkbuds S

Not for cycling, but for walking, in my opinion, the wind noise is quite annoying.

I cycle to work with it every day. (With only one plug in for safety reasons).
The sound quality is great if you switch off the noise cancelling when the wind is blowing, because the earplugs seal well with the right attachment.
However, the wind and traffic noise is often very distracting for the person on the other end when making calls on the bike.

Really quite good in ANC mode! However, for safety reasons, it is only recommended on country roads without a lot of traffic.
