Definitely Soflow. With the geared motor, it is unbeatable. It achieves 27-33%. I have it myself and am very happy!

You have 2 years (regulated) EU warranty in Germany (Gewährleistung) towards the seller. If the brakes problems exist from the first time you brought it, you are entitled for this right. The first year you are not obliged to prove that you are the one who causes the problem: according to law it müsst be assumed that the first year is ALWAYS the Problem from the beginning. The second year you should prove that the fault is from the beginning of purchase. In the case of 1st year the seller is OBLIGED to repair OR replace (you chose). Seller has the right to refuse one of your choice you declared from that 2 choices if it is uneconomical for the seller. BUT they MUST give you one of them, repair or replace. The seller has NO RIGHT to refuse as this is your right: that's why it's called regulated. It is NOT (unregulated) WARRANTY, which you should contact the manufacturer for. You have more right with regulated warranty (Gewährleistung) than normal warranty (Garantie). To get that you should write them an E-Mail by declaring that your will to get it repaired or replaced under regulated Warranty (gesetzliche Gewährleistung), Not normal warranty (Garantie). It MUST be accepted without any refusal. The cost for shipment resulted from that must be paid from the seller. All of that are free for you according to law. If you prefer to get the spare parts, then contact so flow, they will send you all of the parts but keep in mind that you should pay as they could refuse your warranty as it is unregulated. Gewährleistung ist only between YOU and SELLER. Except if you bought it directly from so flow, which means they are the seller.
I would check with KissMyWheels - they have quite a few scooters on offer and also for repair: https://kissmywheels.ch/de/
Scroll up from the bottom of the app dashboard.
I assume so, yes. But aren't you allowed to drive even 25km/h in Austria? I would ask soflow.com directly or use the chat at digitec to be sure.
Yes, it is also approved in Germany.
If you contact our customer service, you will certainly get a replacement battery; https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new
