Question about SoFlow SO4 Pro Gen 2
Has anyone had to send the scooter back yet? I had to send the SO4 Pro Gen1 back twice after less than half a year, once the throttle was spinning and finally the battery was dead. Otherwise it was really great to ride. At the moment I don't have a scooter but I would like to have one again, but there is nothing comparable to the SO4 Pro in terms of performance.
I have already returned the 2nd SO4 Pro Gen2. Both arrived defective, i.e. the motor did not make a sound. SloFlow does not respond to support requests. I'll keep my hands off the brand in future and would advise everyone else to do the same. What a lousy way to deal with customers who have paid a lot of money!

I sent the scooter back the first time because it wouldn't start. I got a replacement. This one didn't start either because the battery had slipped during transport. I inserted it correctly after opening the footboard. The scooter started, but could not be started. The scooter only connected via Bluetooth the first time. No Bluetooth connection the second time. Sent back to the seller, who sent it to Soflow. Waiting for the third or for successful repair.
