[EDIT 12:12.2018] We have looked at this case again with our supplier. Unfortunately, we received incorrect information from the manufacturer. This scooter does not have road approval.
The same thing happened to me. I have now ordered a replacement from a well-known Chinese online shop with an Ottoman name.
I'll get back to you as soon as the goods arrive and I'm motivated to replace the hose.
This is a manufacturing defect in the black cylindrical plastic component that limits the opening. You can work on it mechanically with a file or drill it out from the inside until the scooter can be opened (with a little swing).
Otherwise contact digitec customer service.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide specific instructions, we recommend to contact the support of SoFlow (In Flawil SG) directly: info@so-flow.com
Unfortunately, we do not have a source of supply for the charging cable and for this reason cannot offer it. Should this change in the future, we will endeavour to include it.
When you press the "lever" at the bottom to close, you have to push a little against the handlebars. So, put your foot on the SoFlow, then bend down and push the lever (next to the front wheel) backwards and a little jerk against the handlebar. This makes it easy to fold the SoFlow.
The maximum speed is stated as 20-30 km/h, but of course this also depends on the weight of the person riding it. However, the scooter should manage the 20 km/h well, so it was adjusted.
Unfortunately, we do not currently know if and when the item will be available again. However, should this item be included in the range again, we will publish this immediately on the homepage.
Please contact customer service directly regarding your order and a possible delivery date. I doubt that other customers in the community can give you a suitable answer. See also: https://www.digitec.ch/de...
Unfortunately, we do not have any further information on why the delivery is so delayed. For your open order, the current estimated delivery date is end of April.
