According to the manufacturer, the slope is 15%, which is definitely stated in the instructions. But if you help it along, it can do much more.

Unfortunately, we do not have any information about the gradient. But the technical data of the e-transporter are as follows.
Motor: 250W brushless scar motor.
Battery: 36V
Max. Drive torque: 11Nm
