I feel exactly the same. :D
No, the plug is European, but we supply a mini adapter with the device. This makes no difference to its operation and the plug will be only slightly longer. Max Hauri Socket Adapter (Type 12, CEE 7/7)
According to our information, it has a CH plug. However, if an EU plug is available, a Schuko plug is normally included.
Yes, the product is supplied with a CH plug. Other Smeg products intended for the Swiss market usually also have a CH plug.
With EU devices, we can offer a wider range of items, better prices and better stock stability.
The button to the right of the dial is the bagel button 😉
No, unfortunately not.
The photos are serial images from the manufacturer. However, the EU version with matching plug is sold in our EU shops.
......, the toaster is supplied with a special plug-on adapter!!!
what kind of smeg pliers ??
Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. The toaster belongs to the model TSF01RDEU. Unfortunately, I did not find anything about the compatibility with TSBW01 and TSSR01.
We do not offer the pliers.
No, the grids cannot be lifted manually. Small pieces of bread have to be taken out with the tip of a knife - of course only after you have unplugged the power cable :-)
It comes with an EU plug and a fixed adapter for Swiss plug.
In the presentation video of the Smeg you can see the inside and the mechanism better: https://www.smeg.com/us/toasters
I have no idea, but they don't come with it. This appliance is great in any case. It has become an indispensable part of my kitchen
According to our product team, it is a normal CH connection.
