Bought this device, but am now returning it. Picture 10 (a photo) shows the adapter charging an electronic device and two USB devices at the same time. This is not the case. The USB charger is an alternative to a normal electric plug. Please remove the picture 10

I am looking for a travel adapter with USB-A and USB-C connection that I can use in South Africa. According to research, there are type D, M and N sockets in South Africa. Which travel adapter can you recommend for this application? Ideally one from the Galaxus range, of course...

Hello Benin, There are only power plugs without USB for South Africa, simply Skross World to South Africa. Then plug in the charging cable with USB used here. Greetings Aschi

Does the device have overvoltage protection so that the connected devices are not destroyed by voltage fluctuations?

Good question. With the SKROSS Pro World & USB (sometimes simply "Pro USB") there is no overvoltage protection. The technical specifications state "no voltage converter", which also implies that it is not intended as overvoltage protection. In addition, Skross writes in its operating instructions that the device is purely an adapter, not a voltage converter or surge protector.
