Questions about Shelly PM Mini Gen3

When will this product be available in the new Gen4 version? The new "Gen4" products from Shelly support ZigBee and Matter.

Am I right in thinking that since this can measure 16A, it could theoretically be mounted directly after the fuse in the fuse box and thus measure the entire circuit? Has anyone done this or just hung them behind dedicated sockets? What else I've read is that the radiator was subsequently defrosted due to a fault? Probably only recommended with a relay contact where no "critical" devices are connected?

Am I right in assuming that the current is always flowing because there is no relay? (I once had a PM1 which crashed and then the freezer stopped running... :-/ )

Does Shelly PM mini Gen3 also report the voltage in addition to the current power? As this fluctuates between 228 V and 248 V during the course of the day, this would be interesting information for my application purposes.

1) I understand that the device uses Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi to transmit the measured power consumption (to the cloud, right?). 2) I can then see the values in the app, right? 3) What happens if Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is not running for a week, but the devices consume power? Is this subsequently transmitted when the connection is re-established? Thank you
