Thank you very much for your enquiry. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly what kind of adapter you mean. Unfortunately, you cannot define the size of the earmoulds exactly and can only find out which size you have by trying them out. However, the XS earmoulds are really very small, so I would recommend the S if you are unsure.
