Questions about Sennheiser HD 569

Here is the adapter: Lindy 3.5mm - 6.3mm (jack adapter)

The headset comes with two cables: a 1.2 m cable with microphone and remote control (3.5 mm jack) and a 3 m cable (6.3 mm jack). No adaptor is required for the 3.5 mm cable, which is directly compatible with standard sockets. The 6.3 mm cable is supplied separately. Source: the official specifications state that two detachable cables are included, with 3.5mm and 6.3mm connectors. The properties listed confirm the presence of both types of plug.

As far as I can see, the pads cannot be replaced. I myself am very disappointed with this product from @Sennheiser - a bad buy. Especially the sound is unusably bad. I will never buy a second-hand product from @Digitec again. The item arrived damaged and incomplete. Greetings RM

According to the packaging, the volume cannot be adjusted. The possible options are only play/pause or answer/end call. :)
