As far as I can see, the pads cannot be replaced. I myself am very disappointed with this product from @Sennheiser - a bad buy. Especially the sound is unusably bad. I will never buy a second-hand product from @Digitec again. The item arrived damaged and incomplete. Greetings RM

According to the packaging, the volume cannot be adjusted. The possible options are only play/pause or answer/end call. :)
