Unfortunately, our suppliers no longer sell this product, so we can no longer offer it. However, the item can still be found at other suppliers.

In my opinion, saving is not the problem, but watching is. The viewing device must be linked to the apple ID with which the film was purchased. If the iPad is logged in with the correct ID, the movie will most likely have to be copied from the stick to the iPad to be watched. Watching from the stick itself requires the Sandisk app and I don't think that will work.

Unfortunately, the device I received from digitec was not compatible with my iPhone X. I was able to have it replaced free of charge by SanDisk support. However, I was able to have it replaced free of charge by SanDisk support (device sent to the Czech Republic by UPS, compatible device received about a week later). Everything went great with SanDisk support. According to SanDisk, it is a "matter of luck" whether you get a compatible device. As in my case, it may need to be replaced. A firmware update is recommended first, but unfortunately this didn't help me either, so it had to be replaced.

The stick as slocles does not care about the file format. With Fat32, you simply have a file size limit of ~2GB. With NTFS, the maximum size is ~16TB. However, it should be mentioned that FAT32 can be read and written by any OS (Windows, Mac, Linux). This means that if you are only in the Windows world, you can format the stick with NTFS without any problems. (https://praxistipps.chip.de/usb-stick-formatieren_2850)

Hello, You should consider this drive as a hybrid USB drive, to share documents with a PC or a Mac from an iPhone or an iPad. As a synchronization solution, I strongly recommend a cloud solution like Google Photos or iCloud.
