Can this "Gameplay" card work on phone/tablet or just for game devices only? Why its "memory type" is MicroSD (also from its title) but exceeding MicroSD's limit of 2 GB? Apart of this naming and speed, is there any difference in use with SanDisk Extreme PRO microSDXC? Thanks.

Yes, it works in every type of devices supporting this size (512GB - of course it's MicroSDXC), I use it in a camera. Probably there are some Gameplay-related optimizations compared to "standard" card.
